Crawford and Madrimov have to hit 154 pounds, the contracted limit for their super welterweight main event showdown.
In the co-main event, Andy Ruiz and Jarrell Miller compete in a heavyweight contest and there is no weight limit.
The Crawford vs. Madrimov ceremonial weigh-ins are expected to begin at 9 p.m. ET.
